Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is in the order confirmation email we sent you (for example, #1234). If you have an account, you can also see all your orders in My Account › Orders.
What the statuses mean
- Order placed: we have received your order.
- Packing: we are picking and packing your books.
- Shipped: your parcel is with the courier. We email you the tracking number.
- Delivered: your books have arrived. Happy reading!
