Where we deliver

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes in India through our courier partners. We do not ship outside India yet. If your pin code cannot be serviced, we will contact you and give you a full refund.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays).
• After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days, depending on your location.
• Pre-order and specially sourced books ship as soon as they reach us. We will tell you the expected date when you order.
• If you order several books and one is delayed, we may ship the books in more than one parcel at no extra cost.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across India. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. To keep COD available for everyone, we may ask for online payment on future orders if COD parcels are refused without a reason.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number, with a link to track it. You can also see the status on Track your order or in My Account › Orders.

Delays and failed delivery

• Delivery can sometimes take longer because of weather, festivals or courier delays. We will keep you posted if this happens.
• Please check that your address, pin code and phone number are correct. The courier will call you before delivery.
• If a parcel comes back to us because nobody was available or the address was wrong, we can reship it once you pay the delivery charge again, or refund the order minus the delivery cost.

Damaged parcels

If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please record a short unboxing video. If anything is wrong, message us within 48 hours of delivery. See Returns & refunds.
